Most people simply forget to make a backup or are not willing to spend time on it. IdleBackup can make the backup, once setup, in an unused moment of your computer. As an alternative, you can manually start a backup at the end of a computer session, and after this IdleBackup can automaticaly shutdown the computer when it finished.
