FoxRecorder 2.0...

Fox Recorder is a complex sound tool, great for recording audio files. The program has the ability to transfer CDs, tapes, DVDs, TV, live shows, Internet radio, video games and any other sound source you can think of to your PC. It offers support for various popular formats such as MP3, WMA, OGG, VOX, AU, AIFF.

Although Fox Recorder is very easy to operate, any uncertainty you might have will be surely clarified by pressing the “Help” button (upper right). You will be given useful information about the most typical tasks Fox Recorder is capable of like recording from microphone, videotape, mediaplayer, Internet, view recorded files, define hotkeys.

When using Fox Recorder (Full Version) you will not be limited to any recording time (The Trial Version offers a 60 seconds time limit recording). You can name the recorded files yourself and save them in the directory you have selected. There is also an Archive button displayed in the main window which you can use to have a quick view or browse all the sound files you have recorded or remove any unwanted files. The same button features a “Play” option which allows you instant playback of any of those files through the integrated media player.

After installing FoxRecorder (which lasts about 10 seconds!) you need to configure the settings, meaning: the sound source, the quality of your recording, and volume, and then just hit that Record button.

FoxRecorder’s look is unfussy and comprehensible and easily directs you to a number of audio operations including showing a waveform image of sound file, filtering, using various audio effects and an equalizer to adjust the sound quality of all recordings.

One of the best features the program offers is a Scheduler which can be used as the handiest way to have any of your favorite Internet Radio shows saved on your computer. Also when using this feature you will be able to View a list containing available tasks and Remove those unnecessary.
