FileFriendly works with Microsoft Outlook to file your e-mails exactly where you need them to be, quickly and easily. FileFriendly scans, organizes and presents your Outlook e-mails for rapid filing. Related e-mails are automatically chained together and these, as well as individual e-mails, can then be filed in a fraction of the time you are used to.
By making recommendations based on how you’ve already filed other e-mails, by allowing you to swiftly abbreviate folders choices, and by allowing you to action multiple related e-mails all at once, FileFriendly saves you time and effort.
Filefriendly also helps find your misfiled e-mails, showing you where you have related e-mails stored in different folders, post-boxes or both.
FileFriendly works with Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2003, 2002 and 2000 – you will need one of these programs on your computer to use FileFriendly. Beyond that, if you’re using Windows 7 or Windows Vista you won’t need any additional software. If you are running Windows XP your computer may need some additional free software from Microsoft. This software is called the ‘Microsoft Dot Net Framework’ and comes preloaded with Windows 7 and Vista but not XP.
