With TouchCopy you can…

Windows:

Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
32 bit and 64 bit versions of Vista and Windows 7 are supported.
Microsoft .NET Framework Runtime version 2.0 SP1 or higher. You can download this directly from Microsoft.
Apple iTunes 7, 8 or 9.
If you are using the iPhone or iPod Touch, these need to be running software version 1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.5, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.X

OSX Requirements

Mac OSX Version 10.4, 10.5 or 10.6
Java 2 SE 5.0 or higher- This is installed by default in OSX 10.5 and 10.6.
Apple iTunes 7, 8 or 9.
If you are using the iPhone or iPod Touch, these need to be running software version 1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.5, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.X
