IntelliPoint X enables the unique features of your Microsoft mouse and keyboard, such as button and keyboard customization and battery status. After you install the software, you can access these features by opening Microsoft Mouse or Microsoft Keyboard in System Preferences.

New in this Version:

  • Magnifying You can now change the magnification level. Press and hold the Magnify button, and then roll the mouse wheel. Roll the wheel away from you to increase the magnification level, toward you to decrease the magnification level.
  • Key Assignments When Microsoft Keyboard Preferences is the active window, pressing a key will reassign the key, instead of activating the current key assignment.

Need for Speed SHIFT...

Need for Speed SHIFT PC patch adds LAN play

This patch will update the game to v1.02 and adds two new features: LAN (Local Area Network) play, enhancing the multiplayer experience and Mouse Support, providing full menu navigation through the game using your PC mouse. 

Patch 1.02 includes five new cars (Toyota Supra Mk IV, 1967 Shelby GT500, 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, 1969 Dodge Charger R/T and the 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T). There is a new game mode called Team Racing which pits Team Red vs Team Blue in an intense battle for track domination. The maximum number of racers in an online game is increased from 8 to 12.

Microsoft Virtual PC...

This update fixes a vulnerability that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer's memory with malicious code. This update is recommended for all users who are using Virtual PC for Mac 7.0, 7.0.1, and 7.0.2. Before you can install this update, one or more of the following programs must be installed on your computer: Virtual PC for Mac 7.0 through 7.0.2.

In addition, your computer must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Processor: 700 MHz native PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 processor (Intel processors are not supported)
  • Operating system: Mac OS X 10.2.8 (Jaguar) or a later version of Mac OS. G5 processor requires Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4.1 to run Virtual PC for Mac
  • Memory: 512 MB of RAM
  • Hard disk: 70 MB of available hard disk space is temporarily required to complete installation; after installation, the program requires 50 MB of hard disk space
  • Internet access: Internet connection through either an Internet service provider (ISP) or a network.
