To be able to get a connection between the phone and any of the PC Suite applications with the DCU-11 cable, you have to configure the Mobile Phone Monitor to listen to the DCU-11 COM port. Proceed as follows:
1. Go to the Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager.
2. Open the node Ports (COM & LPT). Find the DCU-11. Remember the COM port number to which it is connected.
3. In the Control Panel, start the Phone Monitor Options. Select the COM ports tab.
4. In the COM ports list, make sure the DCU-11 COM port is Enabled.
If you want to use your mobile phone for mobile networking you also have to install a serial modem. During that installation you will need the COM port to which the DCU-11 is linked.
