The Taiwanese manufacturer Acer is expanding its range with four Android Liquid products, among then one is Liquid X1. This 5.7-inch smartphone and other models announced will be available in the third quarter of this year.
Acer gives a new impetus to its growth strategy in the smartphone market. On Thursday, the Taiwanese manufacturer has announced the arrival of four models in its range of mobile devices which will be marketed under the name Liquid model. It has however not unveiled the prices of these products positioned on the entry, mid and high-end level that will be offered for sale in the third quarter.
Among them is Liquid X1, a product with a screen of 5.7-inch designed for 4G LTE networks that offer maximum theoretical speeds of 150 Mb/s. This premium model offers a resolution of 2180 X 720 pixel camera and loads a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel camera on the front. Power side, the device can count on a octa-core processor at 1.7 GHz provided by MediaTek. Its autonomy is ensured by a battery of 2700 mAh. Weighing 160 grams, it runs on Android 4.4 with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of flash storage. It can also be expanded through the microSD card slot available to the device. Acer has a feature called "Acer Zoom Fit" function to adjust the user interface to a size of 4 inches to facilitate the use of the device with one hand. In addition, the product uses a function for sharing the screen into two, which allows users to use two applications simultaneously.
