BSNL has partnered with Champion Computers to launch a new smartphone called My Phone SM3512. It is priced at Rs. 3225 and it easily available on various ecommerce websites like eBay, Snapdeal or Flipkart.
"The new BSNL Champion My Phones bring a seamless blend of essential features and a great price range. The market in tier II and III cities is ripe for such a product offering as the consumers are becoming increasingly tech-savvy and the demand for user-friendly products is very high." was said by Kapil Wadhwa, MD, Champion Computers.
Anupam Srivastava, director (CM), BSNL also said that "BSNL has an agreement for sale of bundled devices with Champion Computers and have also launched a special 3G Data plan for tablets which include 500MB free data, 50 minutes on-net voice calls per month for six months."
My Phone SM3512 comes with a 3.5inch touchscreen display which runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It also has dual Sim functions and is powered by a dual core processor. There is a 1300 mAh battery which can give upto 6 hours of talktime. You also get a 3MP camera at the back, 1.3MP front facing camera, Wi-Fi, 32GB microSD support and FM recording.
