The M2 is a quad-core smartphone very well designed and has a USB OTG with 4200mAh battery that allows you to charge and power another device. OTG is possible on other phones, but most do not have as much as battery capacity to share.
The rest technical aspects of Gionee M2 smartphone has been designed with efficiency rather than pure energy into account from the 5-inch screen of 854 x 480 pixels resolution, MT6582 1.3GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. The phone also features 4 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 32GB microSD card, 2 megapixel front camera and a rear 8 megapixel camera that can capture up to 99 pictures in burst mode.
Gionee have launched the M2 smartphone in India, where it can be purchased for just Rs. 11,123, which is much cheaper than the Lenovo P780 with battery of 4000mAh.
