ModBusProbe 1.0 details
Control engineers and instrumentation technicians require software
tools to test communications both to and from Programmable Logic
Controllers (PLCs), Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), and other logic
solving devices.
ModBusProbe supports MODBUS communications to industrial logic
solving devices with support for ModbusRTU and ModbusTCP (ModbusASCII
will be considered for future releases). ModBusProbe is able to connect
using both a serial connection using USB serial adapters and by
ethernet, and is able to display the resulting data in decimal,
hexadecimal, or binary format. Multiple polling windows can be opened
up simultaneously to either poll multiple sets of registers from either
the same device or multiple devices.
