Video Edit Pro SDK ActiveX is for Windows Developers who need to MPEG video, audio editing in c#, vb.net , vb, delphi, vfp, access. It can transcode video to MPEG1, MPEG2, VCD-PAL ,VCD-NTSC, SVCD-PAL, SVCD-NTSC, DVD-PAL, DVD-NTSC.
