MakeURL description

This is a tool for regular newgroup posters.

The MakeURL application was designed to be a very
simple tool for creating the proper URL from a Knowledge Base article
ID number.

Extract the EXE file to the location of your choice
and create a shortcut to it on the QL bar or anyother place that suits
you. When You open a text file containing an article ID number, select
the number and copy it to the clipboard. Then click the icon to convert
that number to an actual Microsoft KB URL Of course the best method of
selecting the number is to just double click it then use either
R-Click > Copy or Ctrl+C.
