Download and install the USB Flash Driver and you’ll be able to use Update Service to update your phone’s software via the USB cable.
Installation instructions:
1. Download the zip file to your computer. Remember where you put it.
2. Unzip the file to a temporary folder.
3. Turn off your V800/Vodafone 802SE.
4. Connect your V800/Vodafone 802SE to the PC using the USB cable.
5. Hold down the left navigation key ‘<‘ on the phone and press the Power On/Off button. This will start the Windows Found New hardware wizard that will be used during the installation.
6. Follow the instructions in the wizard; choose to "Install from a list ..", then press "Next".
7. Browse to the temporary folder created under step 2 above to point to the driver to install, then press "Next".
8. When the driver is installed, press "Finish".

- Browse to the temporary folder created under step 2 above to point to the driver to install and press "Next".
- When the driver is installed, press "Finish".
