EyeTV 3.3 together with a compatible Mac TV tuner, turns your Mac into the coolest TV and DVR in the house. Watch, pause, and rewind live television on your Mac. Float the TV window on top of other applications to watch while you work or surf the Web. Search detailed TV listings in the Program Guide and automatically record the TV shows that interest you. Edit unwanted content from your recordings, and create Smart Playlists to keep them organized. One easy click puts your EyeTV recordings into iTunes to sync with an iPod, iPhone, or Apple TV.

What’s New in this Version:

• Supports Live3G, a free new web app that streams live TV over 3G on the iPhone. The web app connects your iPhone to your Mac at home. It uses state-of-the-art HTTP Live Streaming technology to deliver high quality video streams without sacrificing battery life. The Live3G web app is available immediately at live3g.eyetv.com. Log in using the same “My EyeTV” username and password that you created in the EyeTV application.
• EyeTV 3.3 now runs the H.264 video decoder as a 64-bit process.
• There is a new “Drop Field” deinterlacing option in the Display preferences of EyeTV. This option is recommended for users who want to enjoy HDTV on a slower computer.
• Bug fixes.
