FlexCal 1.14...

FlexCal is a simple way to get your tasks or events into your calendar quickly. Simply hit a hotkey (that you define) and a quick entry window pops up — from within any application. The first window is a task entry window. Hit the hotkey again and an event entry window appears. Type in your task or event, hit return and instantly the item is added to your iCal calendar. It’s that simple.

Roll Call 3.55...

The main fallacy of in and out boards is people forget to change their status. With Roll Call, you only need to remember to change it when you leave your desk, not when you return. When you click your mouse or type on your keyboard for the first time after being away from your desk, Roll Call will automatically change your status to "desk". If you happen to leave your desk and forget to change your status, Roll Call will change it to "idle" after a given amount of time.

When you remember to change your status, Roll Call makes it easy by allowing you to type a hotkey or select a status from a popup menu that is presented when Roll Call's tray icon is right clicked. For instance, you can define a hotkey to change your status to "lunch", another to "home", etc. No matter what the forefront application is, you can enter a key sequence to change your status. Roll Call's tray icon also graphically represents what your status is.

When you change your status, Roll Call saves you time by defaulting to a reasonable return time. If "lunch" or "break", the current time plus the typical amount of time you take for lunch or a break respectively. If "home", the next business day at your typical arrival time. The calculation of the next business day considers company holidays that you provide and weekends.

Roll Call provides additional information. Associated with each employee record is a notes section, email address and a phone list. The notes section can be used to advise others of your future plans to be out of the office or away from your desk.

Employees can be grouped. There are Global Groups and My Groups. Global Groups are accessible to everyone. My Groups are only accessible to the person that created the group. An example of a group is Sales. When a potential customer calls, the receptionist can use Roll Call to quickly determine which sales person is available.

Roll Call is also an instant messaging system. To begin a chat session with another employee, just double click on their row. Roll Call can initiate a new out going message in MAPI compliant mail programs with the recipients prefilled with employees and groups of employees that you have selected.

The installation is a simple two step process. The first is to run the server setup. The server setup installs the database and the Roll Call Server. The Roll Call Server is the only program that directly maintains the database. It runs as a service. The second step is to install the Roll Call client on each PC. The client setup supports a silent, noninteractive mode to allow the Roll Call client to be pushed out. The communication between the running copies of Roll Call and Roll Call Server is through TCP/IP.

HotKeyz 2.8.1.0...

HotKeyz is a keyboard utility with hotkey control for executing other files, folders or RUN commands. Launch applications in a Normal, Minimized or Maximized State. The Parameter option gives you parameter control when launching another application like Internet Explorer and surfing to a specific site as parameter.

It also features default hotkeys for minimizing, maximizing, restoring or closing the active window. Launch your default e-mail window to compose a new email. Control your WinAmp without it being focused. Define memo type text and with a hotkey paste your text into your e-mails, documents etc. You can also paste special characters or the current date and time. Open and close your CD-Rom(s). Power off, shutdown, logoff or reboot your PC with a hotkey press. Start your screen saver, hide or unhide your desktop, taskbar or any desktop with a hotkey.

The HotKeyz tray icon will change to indicate a key press. The shortcuts work with the WIN, CTRL, ALT, SHIFT modifier keys and with most of the other keyboard keys. CuteClips 3 is the brand new release of Briksoftware's great clipboard history. Focusing on simplicity, CuteClips 3 is the perfect history for everybody's clipboard. CuteClips 3 sits in the background and records changes to the clipboard. It keeps the last 12 clips, providing a big preview for all copied items. CuteClips 3 is a complete rewrite, which we used to focus on what’s most important: simplicity.

The simple but highly efficient user interface allows the user to quickly find the clip that he/she is looking for. This is achieved providing a textual list of all clips for a perfect overview in addition to a huge preview for a detailed view of a clip. CuteClips records all changes to the clipboard and keeps all the data so that you can paste it again. It depends on the clips you copied how much RAM CuteClips 3 uses.
