Prison Break: The Conspiracy Walkthrough, Tips and Cheats

Introduction:

Started in 2005 on the small screen, the series Prison Break has been a resounding success quickly. Describing some tension with the prison, it proposed a pace complete with a good dose of suspense. It was therefore natural that a game adaptation points the tip of his nose. It is in this context that Deep Silver (Cursed Montain) developed Prison Break: The Conspiracy. Prison Break is one of the most influential television shows of recent years. His scenario extremely effective, achieving punch and his actors very involved contributed to its great success in all countries where it was broadcast. Certainly, the interest has somewhat faded in the seasons, but the series still holds a special place in the heart of many fans. Suffice to say that the studio was rather Slovenian Zootfly interest to treat this game adaptation.

Prison Break – The Conspiracy takes you inside the Prison Break world like never before. You are Tom Paxton, a Company agent sent inside Fox River Penitentiary to observe and report on a prisoner named Michael Scofield… What you will find will change your Prison Break experience forever. The game joins the events of the first season of the series but in a new light. Indeed, the player is Tom Paxton, an investigating officer to understand the reason that pushed Michael Scofield to rob a bank and landed in Fox River State Penitentiary.

Characters:

  • Tom Paxton:

Very Little is known about his child hood. His father was initially a secret service agent, but later became an agent for the company. His mother died when he was a child, leaving him to fend for himself at a young age. The tragic death of his mother in a bank robbery, as well as his experiences growing up as the only child of an assertive father, gave him a very specific view of the world. His only adult friend was his uncle Aldo, who helped Tom wade through many difficulties he faced growing up.

  • Michael Scofield:

Michael Scofield’s educational background leaves the question as to why such a man would commit the crime he did. Boasting an immaculate record at Morton East High School, he would later graduate Magna Cum Laude with a B.S and M.S. in civil engineering from Loyola University of Chicago. At the time of his arrest, Scofield was employed as a structural engineer at the prestigious firm of middleton, Maxwell and Schaum in Chicago.

  • Jack Mannix:

Jack Mannix was born in Derry, Northern Island, in 1956. His family emigrated to the US when he was 17. Severing all ties with his few childhood friends proved to be a traumatic experience for the introverted Jack. Alone and friendless, he was subjected to his father’s continious sexual abuses, which further scared his psyche.

  • Brad Bellick:

Brad Bellick wanted to be a corrctional officer in his entire life. He was offered a job at Fox River shortly after graduating after High School and has been there ever since. Due to his belief that punishment, and not rehabilitation , is the primary purpose of prison, there are many issues on which he and Warden Henry donot always agree. Neverthless, Warden Pope continious to assign him more reponsibilities, with the intention of having Bellick succeed him as warden when he retires. Bellick has a history of corruptiona and inmate abuse.

  • Fernando Scure:

Fernando Scure was born and raised in Chicago, and since coming to Fox River, he has been a model prisioner. Sucre’s offensive was holding up a liquor store with an unloaded firearm. He did so to secure snough cash to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend Maricruz, whom he had met three years later. The police were on the scene before he had a chance to flee, and he was arrested immidiately.

  • Benjamin Miles Franklin:

After being dishonorably discharged from the US Army, Miles returned home to learn that his war record was now a major blemish on his resume. Needing to provide for his wife and daughter, Miles secretly took a job transpoting stolen goods and was apprehended by local police. Unwilling to cut a deal and give up the identities of his associates, Franklin was sentecned to Fox River.

Prison Break: The Conspiracy takes the events of the first season. For those who missed the series created by Paul Scheuring, a little reminder is needed. Michael Scofield has been incarcerated in Fox River State Penitentiary to organize the escape of his brother Lincoln Burrows, the latter being sentenced to death for murder. Behind this false accusation lies a conspiracy called the Combine who leads the U.S. in the shade. Scofield, who is a little spiritual son of Mac Guyver, uses maps of the prison tattooed on his body to achieve its ends. Instead put yourself in the shoes of the protagonists of the series, the title plays on the complementarity by adopting the view of Tom Paxton, a staff member of the Cartel came investigate the motivations of Scofield. The player has an outside perspective on the events in the season.

Game Play:

In terms of gameplay, everything is very rigid with a view to shoulder catastrophic. From time to time, we must also come to blows with some detainees. The camera is placed behind Paxton and automatically locks the opponent. They only hit with two keys to parry and dodge even if it serves no purpose. With the view adopted, it is difficult to judge distances and quickly become random fights, heavy and therefore difficult. Some passages require escalation following a marked path. The ridges are so bright yellow in an already linear. A principle that evokes the sense of urban Mirror’s Edge . The challenge of the game is not here, but rather on the side passages of stealth. In areas off limits to inmates, he must remain hidden in the shadows and adopt a bent position while hugging the walls as Sam Fisher. A bit messy, the radar gives the position of guards and their field of vision, as in the first two Metal Gear Solid . A look of enemies at you as a synonym for Game Over, the radar quickly becomes your best friend.

The cameras, the light beams and especially with the guards always the same behavior, it might seem a small point of their journey would be enough to circumvent. Unfortunately, once past a certain point, scripted reactions are triggered and lead the guards to Tom. Knowing that some have eyes behind the head and the eliminations are silent prohibited, it can quickly become annoying. Especially since the checkpoints are sometimes misplaced and forced to listen to a dialogue for more than a minute. For something different, for example, can pick locks using the analog stick. The screen splits to show a guard who can come up with a lamp, which requires us to act quickly and well. From the fear of being caught and the limited time, they are the only places that offer a certain tension. A quick word on the QTE games linked together too quickly and without transition. Thus we must hammer home a key and without any dead time, switch to another key. Despite a simple principle, create QTY remains a challenge for some developers.

Walkthrough:

An oppressive atmosphere:
The first thing that strikes the player is the atmosphere. Every detail is in place in the Fox River prison. We believe it: the bars, the cons, scales yellow flash without forgetting the supervisors. A world quite successful, it must be confessed. The guards are just as threatening prisoners that will launch at moments of well-chosen remarks. In Prison is all about the fight. So expect to receive and respond to threats, your honor is at stake punch, powerful blow and hit the ground will be your allies with gameplay can be hazardous. The Dodge will also be in order. A “symbol-gauge” will show the “life” of your opponent. Once at its lowest level, you can use a QTE – Quick Time Event – for “complete”. A scene triggers, so you are familiar with the inmate force. It will recover after a few seconds to land and not seek more problems. The combat system is interesting because it transcribes, no real violence, fighting in prison. The script, meanwhile, follows the events of season 1. There are the meetings in the prison yard, but also the famous riot. You must report your every move to Mannix, your boss sent you on missions. It will also give you valuable information on the population of Fox River.

To begin, you must establish contact with Scofield and his entourage and report your observations to your supervisor Cartel. Then it asks you to take action to thwart the plans of escape from your target (which as everyone knows has tattooed a map of the prison in the back). The scenario is you still a good distance events. You attend to the highlights of the series (the first dialogue between Michael and his brother, his fight with John Abruzzi, he met Sara Tancredi, riots etc..) But could not take part directly. This restriction, although understandable, is not very serious if next to it, they let your character evolve more or less freely in the prison. Alas, it is not. Prison Break: The Conspiracy is even a completely linear. The different sections of Fox River will become accessible only when the developers have agreed to them. The doors open and the characters start talking to you as the game unfolds its inevitable frame, on which you have not taken the slightest. You are asked to pick an object or go beat up a particular type? Are you running for, otherwise, history will not advance.

Hell prison:

Complete Adventures of Paxton that takes about 6 hours of your precious time. What is not so bad given the repetitiveness of the title. A battle mode for two players is available locally to prolong the experience, but totally uninteresting to watch because the game system, which is already very poor at the base. From a visual standpoint, the perspective of visiting the prison of the interior shows engaging and walk around the areas seen on small screens is a small effect. Unfortunately, the modeling does not explode all the retina, particularly in terms of characters who lack life. And what about movies that are completely missed connections as too mechanical. There are also some strange interactions between objects, as when a person closes a door and there is a space of 20 cm between his hand and the handle. At the sight of all this, one quickly realizes that there was a real sloppy at this level. The immersion takes on a serious blow.

Prison Cell Raider:

Once in Fox River, you will need to integrate prison life. Your goal is to follow Scofield. You will have some tasks to perform on behalf of the various cons of Fox River. Take this document or spy such prisoner will your life in the penitentiary. In his “prison activities”, the game switches to infiltrate through a keystroke. It allows you to stick to walls like Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell. Between two walls you can jump to avoid the gaze of guards. A true measure of infiltration recalling the license of Ubisoft. After these discrete passages, although it will take three indicators tracking guards to start the level, you have the right to a session Tomb Raider. Explanation: needed to reach some places in the success of your missions you can climb walls, jump from cliffs – the boiler room – Grab hold of the bars or to continue your journey. The hero will be as flexible as Lara Croft in less sexy anyway.

Although the atmosphere is there and quite varied missions, the graphics themselves are far from perfect. True, SFPA years will recognize easily the hero of the series (Scofield, Abruzzi, T-Bag … ) but the dull textures most often suffer from the weakness of the graphics engine. Also the scenery certainly faithful to the TV series suffer from a very unpleasant fudge. A real disappointment. This effect has become wedged in each environment and accentuated when the player zoom into a room.

The representation adopted is a 3rd person view with a camera situated at shoulder height and slightly shifted to the right as in a Resident Evil 4, which also serves for nothing except to make your movements particularly heavy and your ability to walk upright. Although faithful to the series, the setting where you move is terribly closed and do not provide a source of interaction (you can not collect or use of objects and people to talk to are rare). It takes you from objective to objective through yellow cross posted on the site plan, which is totally useless as the game environments are fragmented. And it is still possible to disable this support at the highest difficulty level, you will not escape the function named “Focus”, which directs your gaze on your target with a push button or the dedicated button. Basically, you do not even have to worry about moving the camera. The arch minimalist gameplay does not grant you any way that a minimal control on your character, which simply go ahead and give punches (not impossible, for example, jump freely), everything else is based ‘contextual actions.

Dare to Break:
If we dared, we could define Prison Break: Conspiracy as a stealth game, because most phases of the game are to enter quietly into place to capture what you have been asked to fetch. Only problem is how to qualify these undercover scripted sequences, devoid of AI and riddled with contextual actions? It is primarily their linearity Inconvenient: the only possible path is imposed upon you by the level design, with a lot of closed doors and guarded entrances. Your character has the ability to squat, to press against a wall, roll, climb, and may even loosen the air vents to crawl through pipes, or pick locks … Yes, but here it is: all these options are available in the context. You must limit yourself to what you require the game, which was expected when you were climbing a wall you hide behind a pile of boxes, and what you could open doors. The worst part is that your facility will not even be tested, since the majority of these actions resulted in a single button press. But it gets worse: if you were going to move furtively studying and anticipating the round guards, we’ve failed, and for good reason: everything is scripted.

You will find out when, after trying a dozen times to move stealthily behind a guy posted against a coffee machine, you will realize that enough of you hide in the closet next to the script to trigger his departure . This is particularly distressing that you may be impossible to hide in the closet next crossover. It comes back always the same: if you do not do what the game expects of you, you can not progress. And in case you are spotted, know that there is no alternative, no plan B on which fold. For Prison Break: Conspiracy or not you can fly, or whack the prison guard who has seen you, or run off any alarm. No, he merely interrupt the action and bring you back to the last checkpoint, without splitting any contextual animation. However, you Assen regular series of QTE in response to an unforeseen situation (ground shifts under your feet, elevator door closes, the mentally ill who rushes over you …). These sequences are, alas, terribly wrong damn, because they require you to hammer a button or a button, then quickly press a (e) other. You wipe away some frustrating failures, no consequence, since you can try again until success.

In terms of dubbing, the original version is not available and inevitably, you are entitled to a benefit disastrous hearted doublers French, yet official. The frustration reached its peak with some actors who do not even have lent their image. There is ultimately the music that put the game in its context, which is low. Although the writers have participated in the official game, the story of convincing. We observe just snatches of conversations to be in the season. The character is new, they have little interaction with the big mouths of the series. The gameplay also suffers from some problems. Sometimes dangerous, you’ll have trouble at times to hit your opponent but also to perform certain actions (movements). The AI is also a weakness: The guards are at times myopic as moles real! You can pass them without awaiting a response. their share of the example scene of the asylum where a guard looks in the window, behind which you, without you noticing or the guard who walks past you then you’re only steps away from him .

From time to time, the game puts you in combat situations that do not show more exciting than the rest. You have a small range of shots (hook fast, slow heavy hitting and blocking) with some QTE in support to allow you to dodge or counter those of your opponent. The result is dull and repetitive. The only pleasure we take is to beat an enemy on land or even to see the blood spurting transparent avoids an ESRB rating under 18. But you have an opportunity to combine those phases of the game by taking part in illegal fights taking place in the basement of Fox River. You can then choose the power of your opponent, with a reward accordingly. If you do not feel up to it, you have at your disposal several instruments of torture (punching balls, dumbbells …) that will allow you to physically harden. With the money earned, it will be possible to get a tattoo the symbol of your dreams on the desired part of your anatomy. Finally, note that these sequences are reused stick you in a two-player mode also opportunistic useless.

What else is there to save Prison Break: Conspiracy? No doubt his exemplary loyalty to the series, which will delight fans, supported by an ambience that will appeal to everyone. The prisoners agitated or rest, fight or argue, the matten keep watch, nurses rushed when a man is down, the staff is activated in the kitchen … In short, the decor is well planted. The realization is not yet frolicsome. The character models are not suffering such terrible proportions of head / body fanciful. Some actors from the TV series are correctly reproduced, but others (one thinks of the poor Sara Tancredi) are barely recognizable. Moreover, their lack of facial expressiveness. The results are equally mixed in terms of sound: the original musical themes are being too repetitive and dialogues are blowing hot and cold, wholesale, actors from the series are doing the honors, but the characters Side shields are decked out in little convincing that suffer from the comparison. And to make matters worse, a problem which is the volume of voices, clearly too low, has yet to spoil everything.

Despite the presence of the official voices of the main characters, an alleged history written by the writers of the series and the modeling of the famous prison, the game got stuck in a gameplay rubber mixture of ridiculous fighting and infiltration pathetic. With, moreover, its implementation lousy, crippled with bugs , the QTE and contextual actions that tear away not even a thrill to David Cage and repetitive action so that soft, Prison Break cumulative failures at the point of being funny involuntarily. But, unless you want to satisfy the masochistic impulses, you can let your mind slip elsewhere without problem. Finally, Prison Break: The Conspiracy did not do much for him. Throughout the 9 missions that await you (and many hours of play), you link summaries and repetitive sequences may not take any initiative. This title, which is after all an adaptation failed again, is not making fun of little interest. To take the rigor as interactive movie.
