HiBase Group today introduces DBF Viewer 2000® v3.15 software offering new features that give users more flexibility in manipulating a database. Now dbf editor has new search criteria added to the quick filter and also allows the user to delete duplicates ignoring the case.
Today DBF file format is frequently used as a format of data exchange between applications, which creates a need for tools to manipulate files in this format. DBF Viewer 2000 provides users with an affordable, fast and convenient tool to view and edit a DBF database, created in different database creation packages. Once the database is opened, the user can review, edit, sort database records, delete duplicates, print and export to a variety of formats, including DBF, TXT, CSV, XLS, HTML, XML, PRG, SQL, RTF. The program supports command line enabling users to automate routine operations, including removal of duplicates or replacement of data in database files. Users will also discover an ability to view and edit memo fields in dBase III, dBase IV, FoxPro, VFP and dBase Level 7 formats. Unlike similar tools, DBF Viewer 2000 can export memo fields to various formats, such as XLS, CSV, SQL, XML and HTML. DBF Viewer 2000® connects to a database without external drivers (ODBC, BDE).
