Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium hits 1 Million Subscriptions

Microsoft announced that it passed one million subscribers for its Office 365 Home Premium suite.
 

On its official blog, the team developing the Office suite meets the sales figures of the last version to date. Out there a little more than three months, Office 365 Family Premium displayed a particularly high rate of adoption.

 


 

For the record, Office 365 Home Premium is valid for 5 computers and comes in the form of a cost of 10 or 99 euros monthly or for annual subscription. This includes desktop applications of Microsoft Office 2013 in the version, 20 GB of storage on SkyDrive and a communication time per month on Skype.
 

According to John Case, vice president of the Office division marketing department, since the release of the subscription in January, Microsoft would register an average more than one new subscriber per second. It took 100 days for Office 365 Home Premium to attract 1 million users. Microsoft also noted that this milestone was reached in 5 months for Hulu and Spotify, 7 months for Dropbox and 10 months for Facebook.
