Twitter annouced expaning its list function, which allows users of the platform to consolidate the accounts they follow according to the criteria of their choice. Now it is up to 1000 lists that will be organized for each account.
The big Twitter users will be able to better organize their follow-up that was 20 lists, each limited to 500 accounts to follow the platform just passed in 1000 allowed per account, each containing up to 5000 accounts followed lists.
While many fans felt that the platform is too limited despite its utility function, now it seems that the limit is not difficult to achieve. Users can consistently increase their number of lists, and further organize their ranking, and thus their monitoring: because the whole point of lists is in the ability to classify the accounts according to the trend of the messages which are usually published. For example, a “high tech” list to track accounts to follow new technologies, a “job” list to follow recruiters, etc.
