Sony NSZ-GS8 Google TV with Voice Search announced

The manufacturer Sony announced the launch of a new model of Google TV, which includes voice recognition.

With its embedded system, Google does not seem to really break into the field of television industry. It must be said that the company has met with the reluctance of U.S. broadcasters (NBC, CBS or ABC) who immediately decided to ban the display of their cash boxes with Google TV. Customers also pointed lack of functionality and ergonomics for same. Version 2.0 has not changed the situation but Sony, one of the main partners of Google, however, will not give up.

After the release of NSZ-GS7, the manufacturer Sony announced the launch of NSZ-GS8 in the United States. We find the same features with the integration of the Chrome browser and several applications optimized for viewing on the big screen.

The NSZ-GS8, however, adopts a voice recognition device here. This will allow you to search directly from the remote microphone shipped. It will be possible to dictate the name of a channel or a program to query. Note also that you can also slide a YouTube video from an Android tablet to transfer it to the television.

The NSZ-GS8 will be released in early July at 199 dollars.
