Logitech releases All-in-One Wireless Keyboard TK820 with trackpad

With its Wireless All-in-One Keyboard, Logitech once again combines a wireless keyboard with touchpad to free the mouse user, two years after its Touch Keyboard K400.

The TK820 indeed combines the two: on one side, a keyboard with Incurve PerfectStroke and silent keys and on the other side, a Windows 8 touchpad 10.6 x 10.6 cm compatible, that can also support up to 13 multitouch gestures up to 4 fingers simultaneously via the Logitech SetPoint software.

Wireless device that works via the Logitech Unifying technology allows connection upto six products of the same firm on the same dongle provided. The TK820 works with 4 AA batteries provided for a usage of up to 6 months, measuring 41 x 14.5 x 2.2 cm and weighs 783 grams.

Note that this is not the first time that Logitech offers such a product: in 2011, the Swiss manufacturer also released the Touch Keyboard K400 based on the same concept, while putting emphasis on multimedia usage by connecting to TV, game consoles or media center. Since Windows 8 has been here, this keyboard only compatible PC will be available in September at a price of 100 dollars.
