Google Now for iOS has recently updated with notifications, new maps and reminders. It will catch up to the current Android version asap.
Google offers a big update to its search application and its personal assistant Google Now for iOS. This is the opportunity to align it with the Android version which was far more complete. Google Now for iOS actually gave the feel of a very limited application.
The gap is filled with a turn of new products announced recently. Among them, the notifications were missing and whose purpose is to display information when it is deemed relevant to the user rather than relying on research.
A notification indicates the time that it is advisable to go to get to an appointment and do not be late, if a flight is delayed, for example.
Several new maps make their appearance. These includes to provide localized information on cinema tickets, concerts and events, boarding passes for flights. A map is displayed to indicate the time of the last train to reach home as well. The application also offers a new homepage.
