
Nokia announced the arrival of the Nokia Lumia phablet 1520 for sales in the markets.
The Nokia Lumia 1520 has the feature to match the first phablet of Windows Phone by establishing a 6-inch display. Presented at the Nokia World 2013 in Abu Dhabi in October, the smartphone is one of six products announced by the Finnish manufacturer before the sale of its mobile business to Microsoft.
It is one of the first devices to have Windows Phone 8 GDR3 providing support for 6" display with 1080p and ClearBlack technology, but also an additional column of dynamic tiles on the home screen.
It is also the first Windows Phone smartphone with a quad-core Snapdragon processor 800 and 2 GB of RAM. Note also the presence of a 20 megapixel camera at the back with optical stabilization and Nokia Camera fine management settings and Nokia Storyteller organization for shots and video applications. Note that Nokia has announced the support of RAW format for Lumia 1520 and Lumia 1020.
The phablet also loads not less than four microphones and 32 GB of storage space, with 7 GB Cloud via SkyDrive and a memory card slot (up to 64GB). The Nokia Lumia 1520 has a strong 3400 mAh battery with Qi wireless charging.
Nokia announced that the phablet starts today its commercialization phase and France is one of the first markets served. Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet is offered at a price of €729.99.
