California firm Advanced Micro Devices delivers a new version of its Catalyst graphics drivers. Some fixes and improvements are listed to the program.
Stamped 13.11 Beta 9.4, this new version addresses configurations under Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 environment.
It is supposed to solve black screens or display involved problem that randomly losses on certain Radeon R9 290 and Radeon R9 290x graphics cards.
It also improves the functioning of the video game for Call of Duty: Ghosts released on November 5 for PC when running on CrossFire (multi-GPU) configurations.
Finally, it updates the AMD Enduro profiles (to switch between integrated graphics and dedicated graphics part as needed, the equivalent of Nvidia Optimus) as well.
