The firm SanDisk has announced a new mp3 player called Clip Sport for athletes.
As technology has evolved, smartphones has made itself as an alternative to many devices. One thinks in particular for MP3 player, Digital camera, the portable gaming console or car GPS before buying. However, nothing beats a dedicated device in some cases. That is why some athletes, like to listen to music, during their activity, and prefer the good old walkman, with which they will carry a much lighter device (some players weigh only 20-30 grams when smartphones often weigh 110-140 grams or more), with which they will not be bothered by a phone call (you can always consider Airplane mode) and with which they avoid the flast battery like in smartphone (it is not uncommon for a long session of running with music and GPS tracking consumes more than half of autonomy).
To them, the SanDisk brand offers its new model called Clip Sport MP3 Player whose uniqueness lies in its extremely efficient and durable fastening, coupled with light weight of the device. It particularly also has a comfortable autonomy of 25 hours. It's a shame to have a capacity of only 4, 8 and 16 GB (upgradeable via MicroSD), however, it knows how to read AAC/FLAC/OG/MP3/WAV/WMA music. There is also physical button and a small color LCD screen of 1.44 inch with 128 x 128 pixels resolution. It also has a tuner to receive FM radio stations. Not less than six colors are available: blue, yellow, black and pink, red and green.
