Asus Padfone X technical specs revealed by AT&T

Asus PadFone presents its X smartphone that can endorse a tablet with a screen using a dock.

The Taiwanese manufacturer Asus has announced its PadFone X, a smartphone that can turn into tablet with a touch screen after having slipped into a dock.

Under the hood first, there is s powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 platform with its quad-core Krait 400 processor running at 2.3 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 graphics solution.

In terms of functionality it offers a 5-inch display of 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, a 4G/LTE network compatibility with Class 4 (up to 150 Mbit/s in reception) and Wi-Fi 802.11ac, the GPS/FM/NFC/Bluetooth 4.0 connections, photo sensors of 2 and 13 megapixels and a storage capacity of 16 GB expandable via a MicroSD. System side finally, we take the environment into its Android 4.4.2 version codenamed KitKat.

Announced for the second quarter of 2014, Asus PadFone X smartphone will be offered by AT&T operator in the United States.
