The South Korean company LG has announced the compact version of the G2 smartphone launched in late 2013. Here are specifications, prices and availability of this smartphone.
Responding on behalf of G2 Mini, it is much more than a simple scaling with noticeable effect at all levels.
The LG G2 Mini has a screen of 4.7-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels), comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 platform with its quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM it and also Adreno graphics 305 solution.
It also comes with photo sensors of 1.3 and 8 megapixels, a flash memory of 8GB onboard and support for microSD card along with a battery of 2440 mAh battery.
It retains however the version of the Android 4.4 KitKat system (accessible after update in the case of LG G2) and compatibility with 4G/LTE Category 4 mobile networks (up to 150 Mbit/s download).
The LG G2 Mini is priced at 299 euros bare.
