
The Taiwanese manufacturer HTC unveils a new smartphone in the midrange.
By the name of Desire 316, it is a 5-inch Android 4.3 environment in Jelly Bean smartphone that also uses a quad core processor clocked at the frequency of 1.2 GHz and coupled with 512 MB of RAM.
It offers a qHD display resolution (960 x 540 pixels), a mobile 3G+ network support, Bluetooth and wireless connections of Wi-Fi/GPS, a digital camera of 5 megapixels on the back with a LED flash, a webcam of 0.3 Megapixel for selfies and a capacity of 4 GB flash memory expandable with a MicroSD memory card (up to 32GB).
To power this smartphone there is a Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 1950 mAh. Not clear how much is the autonomy.
With this Desire 316 smartphone, the firm HTC seems to be confined to emerging markets such as China. The price of this device is not revealed yet.
