Nokia 225 Internet-Enabled phone unveiled

The Nokia brand has unveiled a mobile environment under S30 series addressing those wishing to move towards a model for call, send SMS, have an extra camera and enjoy a media player.

Adopting the format of 2.8 inch display with a 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA resolution), a thickness of 1 cm and a weight of 100 grams, this phone offers indeed a 2G compatible SIM on one or two units.

It also has an expandable flash memory of 32GB to store pictures taken with the 2 megapixel sensor located at the rear and music in MP3 format. It also incorporates an FM radio tuner displaying names of stations with RDS technology.

Connectivity side, there is a mini-jack and a Bluetooth 3.0 connection for headphones and data exchange with the choice of wired or wireless connectivity.

The presence of a 1200 mAh battery allows up to 21 hours talk time, up to 49 hours audio playback and up to 864 hours standby.

Other colors are available upon arrival at the stalls planned for the second quarter. The price of Nokia 225 comes at a very cheap rate of Rs. 3200.
