
The Archos 64 Xenon, a 6.4-inch Android phablet begins to arrive on the shelves of UK. Let's check its technical characteristics in details.
In February, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the French brand Archos unveiled several Android devices, including a 64 Xenon phablet in 6.4 inch format (like the Sony Xperia Z Ultra or the ZTE Nubia X6).
It turns out that it begins to emerge from online merchants with, as promised, with a price around GBP 199.99.
Equipment side, remember that the phablet Archos 64 Xenon uses a quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz (supplied by MediaTek) and backed by a 1 GB RAM.
Coming with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, it offers a 720p display (resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels) on an IPS panel, two SIM-housing with a compatibility of 3G+ at 21 Mbit/s links, Wi-Fi 802.11n/GPS/Bluetooth 3.0/NFC wireless connectivity, an 8 megapixel digital camera, a 2 Megapixel webcam at front and a flash memory of 4GB expandable with MicroSD.
With dimensions of 17 x 9.1 x 0.9 cm and weighing only 232 grams, it finally includes a Lithium-Ion 2800 mAh battery.
