BLU Vivo IV smartphone with Octa-Core CPU launched

Blu products brand introduces a new Android smartphone called BLU Vivo IV, but also known through its reference BLU D970L.

The BLU Vivo IV smartphone presents itself as one of the finest models on the market with a thickness of just 5.5 millimeters (like Allview X2 Soul), with just 129 grams of the balance. Three finishes (lowest visible) for the smartphone will be available. White, black and gold, like the iPhone 5S.

To animate, the choice fell on an ARM Cortex-A7 Octa-Core processor, MediaTek MT6592 model, clocked at 1.7 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. The display changes a slab by 5 inch Super AMOLED with protection of Gorilla Glass 3 which is fed by a Mali GPU 450 and offers a definition of Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels). This is the standard right now, when you go up the range.

In terms of network connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11ac and 3G+ at 21 Mbit/s, but no 4G. For the rest, there is a 13 megapixel/1080p camera sensor at 30 fps, a 5 megapixel frontal sensor, FM module, GPS module, Bluetooth 4.0 module and flash memory of 16GB without possibility of extension from MicroSD.

The whole environment runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and may migrate to Android 4.4.2 KitKat system. As for the battery on board, it is a Lithium-Polymer 2300 mAh model that lives upto 12 hours on 3G, 24 hours on 2G and 700 hours standby.

The price of the BLU Vivo IV smartphone has not been communicated by the firm.
