
The manufacturer HTC has recently formalized a new high-end Android smartphone. This is the Butterfly 2 model.
HTC Butterfly 2 smartphone uses the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 platform, which equips the flagships of the moment. It is well armed with a quad-core 2.5 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM.
At the side of benefit, it evokes a 5-inch display in a Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) powered by an Adreno 330 GPU, two stereo speakers in front (with BoomSound technology), 4G wireless connections/Wi -fi/NFC/Bluetooth, camera sensors of 13 and 5 Megapixel (with Camera Duo technology and dual LED flash for the first) and a 16 or 32 GB memory expandable to 128 GB (support MicroSDXC).
There is also talk of an IPX7 certification indicating resistance to water and dust, and a high capacity battery of 2700 mAh giving hope up to 24 hours talktime and 645 hours standby.
Finally, it comes with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat opearting system wearing a graphic overlay, namely Sense 6 UI.
HTC Butterfly 2 smartphone is expected in Hong Kong at the operator CSL, Japan at the operator KDDI and Taiwan at the operator Chunghwa Telecom. Availability is scheduled for Sept. 2. No price is given yet.
The manufacturer suggested that other Asian operators will be served afterwards, but it did not suggest a distribution in other areas such as Europe.
