Since the 2.0 update of the PlayStation 4, many players are facing technical problems such as the inability to wake from sleep or the lack of access to PSN. Sony has commented on this issue and intends to address this issue as soon as possible.
Available since last Tuesday, the 2.0 update for the PS4 has not been smooth with the owners of the latest console from Sony. If it comes to adding additional features and an improved interface, several players are confronted with technical problems which is rather annoying.
Indeed, some people said they could not get out of standby mode on the machine, while others may simply not able connect to the PlayStation Network (PSN).
Sony has spoken about these bugs through its Twitter account, noting that they are aware of these problems and now investigating the matter with a view to provide strong patch.
Meanwhile, blocked users in standby mode can try the following solution: Disconnect the PS4 then turn it on again by holding the power button on the front panel for 7 seconds until you hear two beeps. Once in Safe Mode, you can select the "Update System Software" option.
