Vivo X5 Max 4.75mm-thinnest smartphone in the world to be announced on December 10

The Chinese manufacturer Vivo will soon present the X5 Max, the world's thinnest smartphone. We speak indeed of 4.75 millimeters in thickness for this smartphone.

Previewed the first time in the documents of the TEENA certification prior to be teased by the manufacturer itself, it claims to recall the smartphone ranks the finest in the world with 4.75 millimeters thick. The place is currently occupied by the Oppo R5 to the fineness of 4.85 millimeters discovered late at October.

Vivo insists zero compromises to achieve such finesse. It then benefits from a octa-core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz provided by MediaTek and coupled to a 2 GB of RAM, a 5.5 inch screen in Full HD, with mobile network support for 4G/LTE, camera sensors of 5/13 Megapixels along with a Android KitKat environment.

After some visuals of the unit and some technical characteristics, here now the date of official presentation is given. Vivo has indeed communicated on a dedicated event to be held on 10 December, Wednesday.

Finally, remember that Vivo apparently does not intend to stop there way in the race for finesse. Rumors lend indeed the Chinese manufacturer smartphone ends to 3.8 millimeters. This X5 Max model would therefore only be a first step.
