The Indian firm has introduced a Xolo Win Q1000 smartphone. This Windows Phone model uses a Snapdragon platform.
Since Microsoft made the license of its operating system free on mobile devices with small sizes, the Redmond giant can count on new partners in the smartphone sector.
Among them, we note the Xolo firm, which has just formalized a Win Q1000 model, which runs on Windows Phone 8.1 environment and is accompanied with Microsoft software such as Office, Outlook and Skype.
The Xolo Q100 Win smartphone comes with SoC Snapdragon 200 of Qualcomm, and houses a quadcore 1.2 GHz processor supported by 1GB of RAM.
It offers a 5-inch IPS screen in a definition of 1280 x 720 pixels, dual SIM accommodation, a Support of 3G/Wi-Fi, camera sensors of 2 and 8 megapixels and memory of 8 GB expandable with MicroSD card. Its 2200 mAh battery gives hope to 12 hours calls or up to 500 hours standby.
This entry-level model was announced at the attractive price of 8499 rupees, the equivalent of 120 euros.
