Neatcall, a developer of mobile and web collaboration solutions, today launched a free iPhone scheduling and communication application. The unique mobile app for iPhone handsets, which can be downloaded from iTunes, allows users to find the optimal time slot for any interaction and to connect all users to the preferred communication tool.
The innovative patent pending personal scheduling software is specifically designed for businesspeople who don’t want to waste precious time on coordinating meetings or conference calls. The Mobile application allows users to choose among several optional timeslots, and decide whether they wish to arrange a face-to-face meeting, phone call, audio conference, textual chat, web conference or video conference.
The Neatcall application quickly locates the optimal timeslot for conducting the meeting. Users can contact the system by email, Web, and SMS through any cell phone. The Neatcall application will automatically update participants’ calendars. Before the scheduled interaction, a reminder is sent to all attendees and the system offers to connect them.
"Even if you want to arrange a meeting, where all participants use the same calendar, it can take hours to find a time slot that is good for all of them. Scheduling a meeting between several participants, who are using different calendar systems and different communication tools, is a huge time consuming task," said Dan Benger, Neatcall’s CEO. "By using Neatcall’s Personal Mobile Scheduler, the whole process is carried out by one application through a single
message. Instead of sending emails, making endless phone calls and leaving voice messages, Neatcall finds the optimal time slot and arranges a meeting, phone call or a conference in a blink of an eye."
Neatcall’s iPhone calendar matches different calendars to the type of communication users want to carry out. Neatcall finds the optimal time slot regardless of the calendar you use, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Lotus Notes, Apple iCal or Yahoo Calendar, and lets participants connect by using Neatcall conferencing services or by their preferred communication tool, such as web conference LiveMeeting or Messenger, Google Talk, AIM, Skype and many others.
