A telescope can observe the stars from a specific place in the Silverlight version of the mapping service online from Microsoft.
Bing Maps can be used in a Silverlight version with many advantages including the views Streetside (the Street View for Google Maps) which at present cover only the United States. This milling Silverlight also gives access to multiple Web applications (Maps Apps) with news that just made its appearance.
This new application is reminiscent of something familiar. In 2008, Microsoft had made a tremendous buzz around the launch WorldWide Telescope by maintaining a clever mystery about it. Since then, the telescope has experienced a declination form of Silverlight application and now finds himself integrated Bing Maps.
The interest is to observe the real-time evolution of the universe from a particular geographical location determined Bing Maps. An interesting effect is obtained for switch to Streetside (the USA so) and in the collections of such an overlay constellation (to fly to turn his head toward the stars).
