The glimpses of HP Slate was first noticed on CES 10 this year. And after that there was no information about the specification and the release date. But now I think HP plans to go by Apple way of creating first rumors about the product, a marketting objective. But now you can get the specification information on HP Slate. Spanish publication Clipset has leaked specificatino of HP slate and its lauch date. It is said that HP Slat might come outn in June or may be September. The price of HP Slate is saide to be $456. This only $47 higher than Apple iPad.
But what does this digital device has additional in it. It was also confirmed that the HP Slate will run on Atom CPU with Windows 7 support. Other thatn this it will support Flash and USB Connectivity. You will also have a memory card reader intergrated in HP Slate. It was also confirmed that there is a webcam support in HP Slate. According to the leak report HP Slate will be powered by 1.6Hz processor and a media accelerator to give 1080p video playback. the most basic configuration f HP Slat is termed to begin with $549 with a 8.9" i.e. 1024×600 display quality. It will be equipped with 1GB RAM and 32 GB of flash storge support.
HP Slate will give you a nonstop 5 hours of battery life. Guess what you have more in HP Slate. There are two cameras with a SDHC Slot. Alongwith a HDMI, USB and SIM Card slot. If you want more storage capacty then 64GB will cost you $50 additional. But is not in the front side. It is located on the backside. That is quiet a negative point. Either you have to stand in front of the mirror or tell your friend to hold the HP Slate for you for making Voice Calls.
I am again confirming that the exact price and details are yet to come. This is not an exact information. HP is quiet better than Apple which shows by the Slate in many areas where Apple iPad needs a bit more working. The touch optimization in HP Slate is far more better due to Windows support, as there is greate difference between Windows OS in comparions to Andriod or iPhone OS.
