MTNL offers a new Youth Plan for its Mumbai based Prepaid users. According to this new prepaid connection which has inbuilt life time validity allows you to setup free call group at just Rs.63.
With this plan, you are provided with a prepaid SIM card with 3G connection at just Rs.63 (10 for 3G SIM card and rest 53 for the service) allowing to take the benefit of free call to your pre-setup group by maintaining a minimum balance of Rs.23. To activate this service, you need to recharge with Rs.53. Once done, you get Free 100 MTNL Minutes, 100 Video Calls Credit, 100 Free SMS on MTNL network and 50 MB Data Download credits as a welcome gift. According to this service, you are charged at 20p/min and 50p/min for all Local Voice and Video calls; and 75p/min for all STD calls. You can also get life time free group calling service allowing you to make Local call at 5 p/min or 5 p/SMS to Dolphin/Trump numbers. You can also allowed to get any other recharge schemes.
