Ubisoft announces Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2

Ubisoft has announced development of Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2, the sequel to the "simulation" Air Ace Combat sauce.

For many years, video game productions labeled Tom Clancy’s were numerous and generally of good quality. Franchises such as Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon have certainly been the most recognized and appreciated. Last year, a more ambitious project was launched, HAWX. The flight combat game is presented in a clear uncluttered market, as only Ace Combat lingered. However, as Ubisoft has not been innovative when compared to the franchise from Namco Bandai, and from a singular result, despite its qualities gameplay more than respectable.

Ubisoft announced the development of Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2, currently under development in their studio based in Bucharest, Romania. As in the first game, the player will have to drive several technologically advanced vessels to engage in extensive aerial combat. For now, details about the content of the episode were not disclosed. We hope nevertheless that the development team is working to offer more unusual gameplay.

Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2 is expected in the 2010 fall PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii.
