Patriot Memory has announced the introduction of its new SSD storage device Inferno.
Able to be installed in a slot of 2.5 or 3.5-inch casing (3.5 inch adapter included) and connection type operator SATA I/II, this SSD is based on an internal memory controller SandForce SF-1222 and the MLC flash memory type.
Available in two storage capacities 100 and 200 GB, it has data rates at relatively comfortable as capping 275 MB/s writing and 285 MB/s reading.
It displays also support TRIM technology, resistance to shocks A 500G, resistance to 15G vibration with a frequency between 10 and 2000 Hz and a lifespan of at least 1.5 million hours.
Taking advantage of a manufacturer warranty of 5 years, the Patriot Memory SSD Inferno is sold at $528 100 GB and $966 for 200 GB.
