A new version of ATI Catalyst graphics drivers is available for
download with the new menu, increased performance and bug fixes.
ATI, AMD property specializes in the design of graphics processors, has
just put online a version 10.6 Catalyst drivers for Windows.
The release notes that accompany mention the
support of hardware acceleration when playing H.264 video content
using Adobe Flash Player 10.1 for configurations based Radeon HD 3xxx,
4xxx Radeon HD and Radeon HD 5xxx, the appearance of a feature noise
reduction Reading highly compressed video content and official
support for OpenGL 3.3/OpenGL 4.0.
They also announce
the performance improvement for several video games including
Alien vs. Predator, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Company of Heroes, Crysis
Warhead, DiRT 2, The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Unigine Tropics, World in Conflict and Wolfenstein, and the fixed
many bugs encountered under Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
