A -DATA Technology, Taiwanese manufacturer known for its power supplies, its array of memory and its storage solutions fixed and removable, introduced a new external hard drive.
Displaying dimensions 15 x 4.8 x 1.8 inches and accusing one kilogram on the scales, this external hard disk on the reference NH03 can be installed vertically or horizontally due to its format and its cooling vents arranged around.
Exploiting the very recent connections USB 3.0, it has a data rate of up to 140 MB/s (read, as one might suspect), which drops to only 32.5 MB/s in USB2.0.
Available soon, this external hard drive USB 3.0 from A-DATA signed will be offered in three capacities 1, 1.5 and 2TB and one black finish. It remains to know the prices, which have not been provided by the manufacturer.
