The Taiwanese OEM Mach Xtreme Technology announced the introduction of a internal device SSD.
Responding on behalf of MX- JET PRO Series and available in three versions 64, 128 and 256 GB, it is built around a memory controller and JMicron JMF616 of type flash memory MLC.
Format 2.5 inches for integration into notebooks and desktops (adapter included), it exploits a connection SATA for flow rates up 210 MB/s writing and until 270 MB/s reading.
It shows also that a consumption of 6.3 watts in active and consumption of 2.3 watts in standby, while it promises an operational lifetime of at least 1.5 million hours.
The SSD PRO MX- JET Mach Technology Xtreme will be available soon at a price currently unknown and will receive a two year warranty.
