TechXpress recently became a Google Certified Partner when Internet Marketing Specialist Jamie Macedo achieved Google AdWords Certification.
The new AdWords Certification, introduced earlier this year, is a much more rigorous and comprehensive program with higher standards than those previously offered by Google. It also encompasses new technology implemented by the company in recent months.
Macedo underwent intensive instruction and training, followed by two comprehensive examinations in November. Certification candidates are required to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the tools and functionality of AdWords with regards to search ads, display ads and reporting/analysis.
According to Penny Price, Google’s Vice President, Global Agency Development, AdWords Certification offers companies and their clients “more up-to-date, comprehensive, strategy-focused training and certification on the latest tools and best practices for managing AdWords accounts.”
“Becoming a Google Certified Partner gives TechXpress the specialized tools and resources to deploy more effective Internet marketing campaigns for our clients,” said Macedo. “It is a significant advantage to those who want to expand their user base by attracting new customers to their website.”
As Internet Marketing Specialist, Macedo is responsible for identifying methods for increasing revenue and locating new areas of growth for clients by means of pay per click management, shopping comparison systems, and search engine optimization. “We look forward to growing our clients’ sales, and minimizing their spend through Google AdWords,” said Louis Camassa, Vice President of Web Services. “Obtaining Google Certified Partner status proves our team is knowledgeable in AdWords. More importantly, it is the creative method in which this knowledge is applied that differentiates our team at TechXpress.”
