Piriform editor publishes an update of its software called CCleaner.
Piriform ended 2010 by chaining publications updates to its utilities including the best known, undoubtedly, CCleaner. This year the free cleaning for Windows has been a updated to a major 3.0 version with slightly revised user interface, intelligent analysis of cookies or 64-bit native support.
The CCleaner 3.02.1343 version today is part of the maintenance cycle. Improvements are scheduled for cleaning Windows Live Messenger, Antivir Desktop and ImgBurn. Other applications are cons by their appearance in the cleaner: CloneCD, Ashampoo Burning Studio 10 and ExamDiff.
Improvements also concern the support of scrolling with the mouse wheel, the appearance of icons. Among the notable fixes, better cleaning of the history of Internet Explorer on Windows 7.
It is also the end of a bug for the module – uninstalling programs. Renaming some entries could make them disappear from the uninstall menu.
