Los Angeles has sued Rockstar, which makes Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, claiming there are pornographic sequences hidden in the game.

According to the LA Times, Rocky Delgadillo has taken action against Rockstar and its parent firm Take Two for breaking state law by not declaring the game contains porn.

The game was rated as M for mature but would have got an Adults Only rating if the content had been disclosed.

Penalties are financial, with the firms having to cough up some of their profits, said the LA Times.
