Intel Itanium, HP get disaster recovery support

STORIX SAID that it has introduced what it claims is the first ever full system backup and disaster recovery for Linux systems running on Itanium based HP Integrity systems.
The firm said that it already provides backup and disaster recovery for AIX and Linux, with its SBA product giving centralised management of system level and data backup for one system or a network.

Options include 128, 192 and 256-bit client side encryption and data backup restore for Windows and OS/X.
