Steave jobs Apple CEO announced that company planned to release an Official software development kit called (SDK) in February which allow third parties software developer to create tools or application that would run successfully on apple iPhones.
Now it is end of February and no SDK is release for third party developers. Anticipation is building to see what Apple is thinking for third party iPhone and iPode software development. We have to wait little longer as SDK release might be delayed into March. The unofficial Apple weblog predicted that initial Apple SDK kit would alpha or beta release, where as full version might be release in the coming year.
Whether Apple going to announce SDK in February or March, main concern is how the company plans to threat third party Apple iPhone application developers. When Jobs announced the release of SDK, he predicted four months of gap between the planned and release of SDK is necessary. They explain “we’re trying to do two diametrically opposed things at once-provide an advanced and open platform to developers while at the same time protect iPhone users from viruses, malware, privacy attacks, etc”
I think we will find some new information regarding to Apple iPhone SDK release within short period of time. Just keep you eye on latest news of apple announcement.
