Google released an update for its iPhone app that allows people to search on Google faster and easier than ever before. This launch builds on the previous version of the Google Mobile App for iPhone to offer two innovative new ways for users to search the web while they're on the go: by voice and by location.
Google may be working towards providing a method for users to make searches on the Web simply by speaking commands, according to a recent patent filing. Although filed in February 2001, the voice search patent was approved and published on Tuesday.
